What are 100% Pure Liquid Egg Whites?
An egg is made up of 2 parts, the clear portion is the white and the yellow is the yolk. The yolk is removed and the whites are pasteurized, filtered, and remain in liquid form making them deliciously smooth, safe, and easy to use for both adults and children.
Our Liquid Egg Whites are 100% Pure. There are no additives, preservatives, artificial ingredients, flavorings, or food colorings. They are gluten-free, lactose-free, odorless, tasteless, USDA inspected, and Kosher certified.
Where Do Your Egg Whites Come From?
Egg Whites International does not own any farms. Instead, we source our 100% Pure Liquid Egg Whites from a 50-year family owned farming enterprise in Utah with a state-of-the-art processing facility and end-to-end egg farming. They don’t just raise hens, they also grow the feed.
The hens are raised in clean, safe environments, with everything the latest science says they need, whether they’re raised in modern-conventional or cage-free housing. Quality feed and conditions ensure the hens’ health and, in turn, they lay nutritious, wholesome, and delicious eggs.
All source farms have comprehensive quality assurance and food safety programs in place and are continually monitored and certified by a variety of organizations, including: the United Egg Producers, the Global Food Safety Initiative, the American Humane Association, and the USDA. They have been Certified Level 3 (Some of the largest grocery chains only require Level 2) by the Safe Quality Program, the leading global food safety program that lets retailers know the producers have met or exceeded all food safety regulations.

How are the Whites and Yolks Separated?
The eggs are first washed and then placed onto a conveyor which cracks and drops them into a tray with holes in it. This tray catches the Yolks but allows the Whites to pass through to another tray below. We use the Egg Whites for it's protein benefits while the Yolks are used to produce salad dressings, ice cream, mayo, and many other products. The shells are used in pet food and calcium supplements.
A quality control person makes sure that the whites are free from shells or yolk and there is also a USDA Inspector that oversees the entire process to ensure consumer safety.

What does "Bio-Available" mean?
Bio-Availability describes how much nutrition is available to be used by the body. Powdered egg whites, and protein powders in general, are only 70% to 80% bio-available and they only support muscle growth for 2 to 3 hours. Our liquid egg whites are 100% Bio-Available, which means all of the precious aminos acids are available for use, and they provide support for up to 4 or 5 hours.
How can your Liquid Egg Whites used?
They can be used the same way you use any egg. Use them in frying, baking, pancakes, or in every way that you would normally use eggs. They make great omelets and scrambled eggs and, because the yolk is gone, they tend to be fluffier and are healthier since there is no fat or cholesterol.
They also make great smoothies and protein shakes because pasteurization makes them completely safe to consume without needing to be cooked!
What is the best way to use Egg Whites ?
In a drink without cooking! They are tasteless, odorless, and filtered making them deliciously smooth. You can also use them in all your cooking recipes but cooking reduces some of the protein benefit so drinking without cooking is best.

How often should I use Egg Whites USA?
Twice a day. First thing in the morning and right before bedtime! The trick to losing weight, having more energy, or building muscle is to keep your metabolism up and blood sugar level with protein working in your body at all times.
By keeping protein available, the more muscle you preserve while dieting, or build while training, and the more fat you burn. You won't look like a bodybuilder unless you eat, rest, and workout like one, but you can be toned, healthy, and have more energy!
Why use Egg Whites USA before bedtime?
If you don't have long lasting protein in your body overnight, metabolism slows, fat storage accelerates, and to find protein to balance blood sugar levels the body starts consuming it's own muscle tissue.
By drinking our Liquid Egg Whites just before going to bed, you'll have protein support for up to 4 or 5 hours. Now, rather than storing fat and using muscle, the body can burn fat at its normal rate while retaining muscle. Plus, you'll sleep better and wake up more refreshed!
How does Egg Whites USA Save Money on Protein Powders?
Just use half as much protein powder with 1 cup of our liquid egg whites instead of water or milk. Egg Whites International is 100% Bio-available providing up to 4 or 5 hours of muscle support. Protein Powders are NOT 100% Bio-available and only provide support for 2 to 3 hours. By using 8oz's of our Liquid Egg Whites together with 1/2 of your normal serving of protein powder, you'll be getting more usable protein and for up to 2 hours longer. That's twice as many servings out of your powder, saving you money, and with better results!
Are these good for kids?
If they can safely consume eggs without problems then absolutely! Simply stir 1/2 cup liquid egg whites together with 1/2 cup milk and poor over breakfast cereal, or use it for chocolate milk. Kids love it and never even know you are boosting them with protein!
Is It Safe to Freeze Egg Whites?
Absolutely! You can even put a previously opened container of Egg Whites in the freezer (though we do not recommend that you re-freeze them). They will last indefinitely while frozen. To defrost, simply leave the container out overnight. Once defrosted, you must keep them refrigerated.
When Egg Whites freeze, sometimes water may separate from the whites and rise to the top. After defrosting, make sure to shake or mix the container really well before using.

Laboratory tests show that our 100% Pure Liquid Egg Whites, if maintained at 39 degrees or lower, stay good for up to 3 to 4 months, even when opened. However, we recommend that you use them in 1 to 2 months to assure the best quality product. To determine freshness, the best test is to smell them. If there is sour odor, discard them. Our Liquid Egg Whites have no virtually odor or taste.
What is Salmonella?
Salmonella is a bactaria and more than 90% of all eggs are free of contamination when laid. If contamination occurs, it usually happens after being laid. Proper washing eliminates most salmonella or other spoilage organisms. Furthermore, our Egg Whites are Pasteurized, USDA Inspected, and Guaranteed Safe.
How Do You Pasteurize Egg Whites?
Our Egg Whites are pastureized by traveling through a series of heated tubes which are just hot enough to kill bacteria but does not cook the eggs or harm the protein. They are then tested for safety.
